Hello, I'm Samir. I'm 28 and have a strong passion for health and fitness. I've always been active as a kid, but growing older I started learning all the different ways to be 'active' and how our bodies react and change to different types of exercises. not to mention how us as individuals have our different preferences. there isn't one way to do anything and my goal is to provide a place where anyone can come to, and get their specific health and fitness goals and needs met.
