Jacky Simonds

I am Jacky Simonds, an experienced body movement instructor, and advisor. Passionate about helping and promoting well-being through the integration of Pilates, stretching, and functional conditioning aimed at people with different physical conditions. I was a professional dancer and dance teacher for many years and after having suffered injuries that affected my daily and emotional life, I decided to focus on promoting health and a better quality of life through oriented movement, with the methodology that best suits the physical conditions, goals, and needs of the person.
